Khurda: A recruit constable of the 6th Indian Reserve Battalion (IRB) was found hanging in a room on the campus at Nalipada Arjunpur here.
The deceased has been identified as Subrat Rout of Kendrapada district.
Khurda Model Police are investigating the case.
