Mumbai: The 15-year-old Monalisa hogged the limelight because of her striking features and pleasing personality during Mahakumbh 2025.
After becoming an internet sensation, she was signed by filmmaker Sanoj Mishra for a movie. However, there has been no official announcement yet.
Producer Jitendra Narayan Singh alleged that Sanoj was “exploiting and trapping Monalisa” and had no intention of making a movie with her.
Rubbishing the allegations against him, Sanoj said that Monalisa is just 15 years old and his own daughter is around 18.
“Tumne banayi hai kya koi film maine nhi banayi toh? Tune kya banaya aaj tak? bata, tune kya kiya hai jhooth bolne ke alawa? Aaj tak pure desh ko bas jhooth aur dikhawe mein rakha tune (Have you ever made a film if I haven’t? What have you done so far? Tell me, what have you achieved other than spreading lies? You’ve kept the entire country trapped in lies and pretensions.),” Sanoj said in a video message.
