Israeli Jeweller Makes The Most Expensive Coronavirus Mask; Know Details
Motza: A jewellery company from Israel is in the process of making the world’s most expensive mask — made of gold studded with diamond — with a price tag of $1.5 million.
The 18-carat white gold mask will have 3600 white and black diamonds fitted with N99 filters on buyer’s request, according to designer Isaac Levy.
The Yvel company owner, Levy said the buyer came with two other demands: that it be completed by the year-end and that it would be the costliest in the world. Levy though refused to identify the buyer, but said he was a Chinese businessman residing in the United States.
Levy showed off several pieces of the mask, laced with diamonds.
“Money maybe doesn’t buy everything, but if it can buy a very expensive COVID-19 mask and the guy wants to wear it and walk around and get the attention, he should be happy with that,” Levy was quoted as saying by Hindustan Times.
