Bhubaneswar: Day-zero companies have reposed their faith in the teaching methods of SOA Deemed to be University by hiring a large number of its students from the Institute of Technical Education and Research (ITER).
Companies including Informatica, Mu-Sigma, Tek Systems, Robert Bosch, Capgemini (digital profile), Nine Leaps and Gyansys offered substantial career opportunities in product development to the 2020 batch between July 15 and August 5.
“There is a positive indication in terms of 50 per cent growth in hiring numbers in the first week of August compared to the previous years,” Head of ITER Training and Placement Sujit Kumar Dash said.
“Additionally, we expect an excellent outcome, taking into account the
upcoming campus drives to be conducted by companies of high repute by the end of
this month,” he said.
