He further said that although the woman presently operates from Pakistan and has managed to hide her location as she uses separate IP (Internet Protocol) address for each account, it is now evident that she is using the proxy IP of the United Kingdom, USA, Germany and India.
The ADG also informed that the mystery woman is still chatting with some people as out of her seven Facebook accounts, some are now active. “We are trying to trace the persons with whom the woman is in contact,” he added.
He said that the Crime Branch has sought more details from the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (ICERT).
Asked whether the Crime Branch has planned to again bring the five arrested employees of the ITR on remand, he said since the accused have deleted some chatting history and some chatting history have been recovered which shows that they had shared the classified information of the DRDO with the woman, the Crime Branch will pray the court to take on remand for further interrogation if more evidence against them are found.
