Cuttack: An undertrial prisoner was allegedly killed by another jail inmate in Choudwar Jail in Cuttack on Monday.
The deceased has been identified as Ramesh Pradhan. Sources said that Ramesh’s body is at the SCB Medical College and Hospital. His mother has alleged that her son was killed by another jail inmate. Ramesh was arrested in 2011 in a murder case. He was in jail since then.

Notably, Ramesh has grievous injuries on his neck. But the exact cause of Ramesh’s death is yet to be ascertained. A case has been registered in this regard.
