Bhubaneswar: Steelmaker Jindal Steel & Power (JSP) won the Business Excellence in Sustainability Award in the manufacturing category at the 2nd Annual Symposium and Excellence Awards 2024 organised by the Indian Chamber of Commerce in New Delhi recently.
The award was presented by H.E. Dy Bizunesh Messert Tegegne, the Ambassador of Ethiopia to India, in the presence of Bernld Scholtz, Economic Counsellor and Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to India. The recognition elucidates JSP’s contribution to education, healthcare, skill development, and environmental sustainability.Shallu Jindal, Chairperson of the Jindal Foundation, expressed her gratitude for the accolade, stating, “We are incredibly honoured to receive this esteemed award, which is a recognition of our dedication to uplifting underprivileged communities and creating a sustainable future for all.
