Mumbai: With the rise in mobile data consumption during the lockdown, Jio has rejigged its work from home packs. The new data-only plans now have no daily limits. They are as follows:
₹151 – 30GB
₹201 – 40GB
₹251 – 50 GB
All the 3 packs have a validity of 30 days. Earlier, Jio used to give 2GB data per day for 51 days at ₹251. This plan has been withdrawn.
Jio has also introduced a new ₹999 prepaid plan. The plan gives 3GB daily high-speed data valid for 84 days, along with the usual free calls to Jio users and 100 SMS a day. A complimentary subscription to Jio apps is included.
Users wanting 3GB data a day had the option of ₹349 plan that has a validity of 28 days only.
In comparison, Airtel is offering 3GB data a day for 54 days at ₹558. However, Airtel gives unlimited calling to any network.
