Known for her bold mannerism, actor Kangana Ranaut probably chose and even treaded the most tough path in Bollywood to not only come out successful and achieve fame.
The Thalaivi star celebrated her 35th birthday on Wednesday by visiting Vaishno Devi shrine to seek blessings on the special day.
The Queen of Bollywood shared pictures from her visit, where she can be seen happily posing while seeking blessings. In the picture, the actor can be seen wearing a blue suit with red printed pants and a yellow dupatta covering her head. Kangana and her sister Rangoli Chandel visisted the holy shrine in the early hours of the day.
While sharing the pictures, the actor penned a special note while exuberating happiness and wrote, “Today on the occasion of my birthday…. Visited Bhagwati Shri Vaishnodevi Ji… with her and my parent’s blessings looking forward to this year. Thank you everyone for your love and blessings.”

The freedom we got in 1947 was a “bheek” (alms): Kangana fired a controversy at the Times Now Summit 2021 when she said that ‘the freedom we got in 1947 was a ‘bheek’, the citizens of India got real freedom in 2014.’ She was referring to the victory of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the 2014 general election. The people said her comments insulted India’s freedom fighters.

Kangana is dealing with several cases filed against her for her controversial statements. On Tuesday, a Mumbai court refused to grant her permanent exemption from appearance in the defamation complaint filed by lyricist Javed Akhtar.
She will next be seen in Dhakaad, Tejas. Kangana is also set to make her debut as a producer with production house Manikarnika Films titled Tiku Weds Sheru. The film stars actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Avneet Kaur in the lead role. She will also be seen in a film based on Emergency and a biopic on Indira Gandhi.
