Mumbai: Actress-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut now wants to try her hand at business, with her first café, ‘The Mountain Story’, set to open in her home state Himachal Pradesh.
The ‘Emergency’ actor-director took to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday to share an old video from the 2013 News18 Actresses Roundtable, posted by a fan page.
When moderator Rajeev Masand asks the guests, ’10 years from now, what would you like to be doing?’, actress Deepika Padukone replied, “Still doing the same thing, ya?” but Kangana said, “I’d like to open a restaurant where I’d like to have the world menu. I’ve eaten all over the world, and I’m carrying amazing recipes. I’d like to have a very very beautiful, little cafeteria somewhere. I’m very good with food.”
To this, Deepika quipped, “I’ll be your first client” and the two actresses laughed it off.
Kangana has now reposted that video clip and written, “If walking the talk had a face ha ha it would be me… also @deepikapadukone you should be my first client.”

Kangana and Deepika have shared anything but a cordial bond since the release of the 2018 blockbuster film ‘Padmaavat’.
The ‘Emergency’ actress had refused to support Deepika when the Rajput Karni Sena had threatened to chop off the latter’s nose for playing the character of Rani Padmini in the Sanjay Leela Bhansali film.
On the work front, Kangana will be next seen in the third instalment of ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ alongside R Madhavan.
Deepika, who gave birth to a baby girl five months ago, was last seen in Rohit Shetty’s multicopy universe ‘Singham Again’ last year.
