Mumbai: Come Friday, ‘Singham Again’ and ‘Bhool Bhuliayaa 3’ will be fighting for box-office records.
The intense ‘battle’ between the films has been evident in the way moviemakers have gone all out with their promotional events.
Now Kartik Aaryan, the lead actor of ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’, has gone a step ahead and taken a dig at Salman Khan’s cameo in Ajay Devgn-starrer ‘Singham Again.’
During an interview with Zoom, Kartik was asked if his film has any cameos.
“Bhool Bhulaiyaa is complete with all set of actors who are already in the movie. Isme aur kuch humey gimmicks nahi karne ki zaroorat hai. Hume humari story, humare film me both confidence hai (we don’t need to resort to any gimmicks, we have confidence in our story and film),” pat came Kartik’s response.
Many are convinced that Kartik was referring to ‘Dabangg’ star Salman’s Chulbul Pandey cameo in ‘Singham Again’.
In an interview with Pinkvilla, Kartik had said that he finished shooting for the climax of the movie with Kiara Advani, leaving fans speculating about the actress’ presence in ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.’
However, Kartik has now clarified that he took Kiara’s name by mistake.
“Yar wo mere se galti se nikal gaya tha. Main Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 ki baat kar raha tha, lekin 2 ki baat nikal gayi. Logon ne socha maine pata nahi kuchh aisa raaz khol dia, spoiler de dia. Wo galti se ho gaya the mujhse (It was my mistake.. I was talking about Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, but wrongly referred to Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.. people wondered whether I spilt a secret.. no it was by mistake), ” the actor told Galatta India.
‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ stars Kartik, Triptii Dimri, Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit, Sanjay Mishra, Rajpal Yadav, and Vijay Raaz.
‘Singham Again’ features Ajay, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor, and Jackie Shroff.
