Mumbai: Ever since reports of Katrina Kaif’s superhero film became viral, fans have been eagerly waiting for the title and other details of the film.

The suspense around the film seems to be over as Bollywood Hungama reported that the superhero film has been titled – ‘Super Soldier’.

Apparently, the Katrina-starrer ‘Super Soldier’ is going to be India’s first female-led superhero film.

The report further stated that the film, to be helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar, is in the pre-production stage. The film will be shot at Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Poland, Uttarakhand and Georgia.

Earlier, in an interview with Hindustan Times, Ali shared that his team has temporarily relocated to Dubai to avoid travelling incontinence during the pandemic.

The filmmaker also revealed that Katrina has already started physical preparation for the superhero film.

“Katrina has already started her physical prep. But she has a few other commitments to wrap up before starting work on the superhero film,” said Ali.

If everything goes fine, the film will go on floors in January next year.
