KIIT Provides Jobs, Education To Balasore Train Crash Victims’ Families

Bhubaneswar: KIIT deemed-to-be-university has handed over employment letters to 20 family members of June 2 Bahanaga Bazaar triple train crash’s victims hailing from Odisha.

Founder of KIIT and KISS Dr Achyuta Samanta met the candidates on Sunday. He had earlier announced to support the victims’ families by offering a job to one member from each family at KIIT and KISS as per their eligibility and provide free education to their children at the institutes from Class I up to higher level.

A total 20 candidates opted for jobs while 2 children of different families are pursuing higher education at KIIT, a release said.
