Mumbai: Filmmaker Karan Johar, who has been single for a long time, took to his Instagram handle to share that he is in a ‘relationship’ now.
KJo wrote on his Instagram stories that he is dating social media platform ‘Instagram,’ that listens to him like a partner and also pays some of his bills.
“I am dating Instagram! It listens to me… makes me follow my dreams and even pays some bills! What’s not to love?” wrote Karan.
During a recent dinner outing with his friends Malaika Arora and Gauri Khan, Karan was seen sporting a T-shirt on which was written ‘nepo baby.’
The video of Karan dinner outing was shared by the paparazzi on Instagram. Reacting to the video, a fan wrote, “Finally, wearing his Nepo Baby shirt proudly.”
“Lol, Kjo’s top is really on point haan (yes). He’s proud to be a new baby,” wrote another.
A comment read, “Nepo baby and proud, I guess.”
An Instagram user commented, “He has lost so much weight.”

On Diwali last year, Karan had shared that despite being surrounded by people, he feels lonely.
“Diwali ki raate, itni mulakaate, itni saari baatein, bheed mein fir bhi tanhai, single status se kab hogi judaai (Diwali nights, so many meetups, so many conversations, yet loneliness in the crowd–when will I finally part ways with my single status),” Karan had shared on Insta.
On the work front, Karan will reportedly be directing an untitled series for Netflix. In 2023, he had helmed Alia Bhat and Ranveer Singh-starrer ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.’
He has since produced several movies including ‘Kill’, ‘Yodha’, ‘Mr & Mrs Mahi’ and ‘Jigra’.
His next production will be ‘Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri’, starring Kartik Aaryan.
