Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Vigilance sleuth on Friday began raids on properties linked to Assistant Executive Engineer( AEE) of Kotpada block in Koraput district, Satyanarayan Sethy, on allegation of possessing assets beyond
his known sources of income.

Simultaneous searches are being conducted by 7 DSPs, 9 inspectors, 11 ASIs, and other supporting staff on the strength of search warrants issued by Special Judge, Vigilance, Jeypore, in Koraput, Khurda, and Kendrapada districts.
Raids are underway at these locations:
1. Rented residential house of Sethy at Parabeda, Jeypore
2.Residential flat at Hi-tech Plaza under Madhipur Mauza, Jatni, Khurda
3. Parental residential house at Jahangar, Kendrapada
4. Govt quarters at Kotpad, Jeypore
5. Office chamber of Sethy located at Kotpad, Jeypore
6. Two farms at Mouza- Taragaon, Boriguma Tehsil in Koraput district
