Hyderabad: ‘Baahubali’ actor Rana Daggubati has landed in legal trouble.
He and his father Suresh Babu have been taken to court in an alleged land-grabbing case.
Pramod Kumar, a businessman, filed a case regarding a dispute over land property at Film Nagar in the Telangana capital.
Kumar alleged that Daggubati and his father issued threats to vacate the premises and evicted him with the help of bullies.
Kumar then decided to take legal recourse.
The Nampally court has registered a case against Daggubati, his father and a few others. The court is likely to issue summons soon.
Daggubati had, in September 2021, been summoned by Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with a probe into the 2017 drugs case in Telugu film industry.
