Mumbai: A leaked video from the sets of Ranveer Singh’s upcoming film ‘Dhurandhar’ has taken the internet by storm as it features a Pakistani flag in the foreground.
In the viral video, shared by an Instagram page, Ranveer can be seen with long hair, beard and surma-lined eyes, dressed in a black suit, shooting for his film in Khera village, in Punjab’s Ludhiana.
In a clip from the viral video, the actor is seen stretching on a terrace. But what caught the attention of netizens was the Pakistan flag.
In another clip, the actor is seen waving to fans standing on a terrace, as he walks down the streets with his film’s team.
As the video started doing the rounds on social media, netizens were confused by the Pakistani flag in the scene.
One person questioned, “Why is there a Pakistani Flag here?”
Another user alleged, “Oooooh Bhai anti Pakistan movie.”
One netizen reasoned, “Bhai Pak ke against koi movie ho skti hai why people are over reacting (It could be a movie against Pakistan, why are people over reacting).”
A section of netizens expressed their disappointment over the hoisting of the Pakistani flag for a scene in the movie and wondered if Ranveer too would be boycotted, like Diljit Dosanjh.

Written, directed, and co-produced by Aditya Dhar, ‘Dhurandhar’ is a spy-action thriller starring Ranveer, Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Akshaye Khanna, and Sara Arjun.
The film is scheduled to be released on December 5.
