Bhubaneswar: Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar and Cuttack, Saumendra Kumar Priyadarshi on Friday inaugurated ‘Gyanashraya’, a rest house and library in the campus of DCP office, here.
Gyanashraya has been set up with the help of Dr Bijaya Kumar Sahoo Foundation and SAI International Education Group. With sitting facility for the readers, it has more than 300 philosophical, spiritual and motivational books.
The facility aims at enabling the visitors to utilise their time towards reading the books while waiting in the office.
Chairperson of SAI International Group Dr Shilpi Sahu and Deputy Commissioner Dr Uma Shankar Dash were present among others on the occasion.
