Bhubaneswar: Counter sale of alcohol resumed on Wednesday after being discontinued for more than three months amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
FMFL/IMFL/wine/beer/RTD at licensed IMFL ‘OFF’ and ‘ON’ shops will be available from 7 am to 6 pm.
Home delivery service will continue along with this.
However, there will be an online e-token system for slot booking in order to reduce the crowd at the shops. Appointments can be taken from the Odisha State Beverage Corporation (OSBC) website in advance.
After clicking the ‘Slot Booking’ option on the homepage of the website, one has to enter his/her mobile phone number. The e-token generated can be downloaded from the link received through SMS on the mobile phone.
