Mumbai: The whole country is under lockdown to contain the spread of COVID-19, but that hasn’t stopped actor Salman Khan’s father and veteran writer Salim Khan from going out for daily walks.
As per media reports, Salim Khan has admitted as much. He, however, defended himself by stating that doctors have advised him to take walks for his health issues and he has a pass for doing so till April 30.
He further stated that he was a law-abiding citizen and followed all the social distancing norms issued by the government.
Salim Khan told Pinkvilla, “I have been advised by the doctors to continue my walks as I have lower back issues. I have been walking for the last 40 years and the doctors have told me that if I stop suddenly, it might affect my back more.”
Meanwhile, Salman Khan is spending his quarantine at his Panvel farmhouse.
The actor keeps issuing warnings to his fans through social media platforms to abide by the lockdown rules and social distancing norms.
