Bhubaneswar: Twin City Commissioner of Police Sudhanshu Sarangi on Friday said that people are barred from moving out of house from 7 PM to 7 AM except for essential purposes during lockdown 3.0, starting Monday
“All are requested to stay home during this time. All emergency workers & goods are exempt from this restriction,” he tweeted.
This is applicable for the whole of India, he added.
Earlier, the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) had also issued a list activities permitted over the next two weeks.
Since Bhubaneswar is in red zone, normal operations and movements will be restricted from 7 pm to 7 am, expect for emergency services, said BMC Commissioner Prem Chandra Chaudhary.
Shops in BMC areas will remain open from 7 am to 6.30 pm, he added.
