Mumbai: Amid the nationwide lockdown, 60 senior citizens living in an old age home in the city are struggling to arrange meals for themselves.

According to Sacheen G Fattangare, a resident of Gurukrupa Ashram, ISKCON was providing meals for the inmates earlier. However, ISKCON now is unable to carry on the service because of the lockdown.

The helpless people have approached several authorities for help but are unable to get any relief.

On behalf of the helpless aged people, Fattangare has appealed to denizens to come forward and help them during this crisis.
