Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has approved the establishment of Madhusudan Law University in Cuttack city by upgrading Madhusudan Law College from April 28.
“Madhusudan Law University will have jurisdiction over all existing government and private law colleges, except the constituent law colleges of different Universities of the state,” the notification said.
In March last year, the government had decided to accorded university status to Madhusudan Law College. It was to come into existence from June 1, 2020.
