Madhusudan Law College In Odisha’s Cuttack Upgraded As University

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Wednesday accorded university status to Madhusudan Law College in Cuttack. And all law colleges in the state will now be affiliated to it.

“All the existing private and government law college, except the constItuent law colleges of different universities of the state, shall be affiliated and cease to be affiliated from their respective university,” an order from the Higher Education Department read.

The new university after altering the territorial jurisdiction of all existing universities of the state will come into existence from June 1, 2020, it added.
