Majority Local Contacts Among New COVID-19 Cases In Odisha’s Bhadrak; Total 1183
Bhadrak: The COVID-19 tally in Bhadrak district surged to 1183 on Thursday with an overnight addition of 65 new patients.
According to the district administration, 61 among them are local contact cases while four have been detected from quarantine centres.
The highest of 32 cases are from Dhamnagar, followed by 11 from Basudevpur, six from Bonth, four from Tihidi, three each from Bhadrak block, and municipality, and two from Bandaripokhari.

Two patients have been shifted to SUM Hospital in Bhubaneswar and SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack, the administration added.
With four deaths and 816 recoveries, Bhadrak now has 363 active cases.
