Nilagiri: A man was found hanging from a tree at Kusanpur village in Nilagiri in Balasore district on Sunday.
He has been identified as Indrajit Singh. Sources said the 22-year-old went on a picnic with his friends on Saturday morning but did not return home. Some locals spotted Indrajit’s body hanging from a tree near his house and informed his family members.
While reason behind his death is yet to be ascertained, locals suspect murder. Police have seized the body and sent it for post-mortem.
