Koraput: A bike rider sustained critical injuries after his vehicle collided with the SUV of Handloom, Textile and Handicrafts Minister Padmini Dian in the district on Sunday.
According to sources, the accident took place near Chatarala village under Boriguma police station. While the injured bike rider was rushed to Boriguma hospital, the minister escaped unhurt.

On being informed, Boriguma police reached the spot and started investigation. However, the identity of the youth is yet to be ascertained.
Later, the minister visited the hospital where the bike rider was undergoing treatment and enquired about his condition.
