Ganjam: A man died in a road accident while on his way to distribute wedding invitations of his daughter at Kansamari village under Patapur police limits in Odisha’s Ganjam district.
According to sources, the victim, identified as K Hemant Dora, was riding a moped with his brother-in-law when a speeding motorcycle collided with their two-wheeler. The impact proved fatal for Hemant, who died on the spot.

His brother-in-law sustained serious injuries in the crash and has been admitted to a nearby hospital.
Police have recovered the body for postmortem and launched an investigation to ascertain the circumstances leading to the mishap.
