The three accused Amrit Biswal of Nayapalli, Mrutyunjay Mishra of Pianpada and Dinesh Kumar Mohapatra of Anlapada have been named in the chargesheet.

On October 13, Dinesh and Mrutyunjaya surrendered before Phulbani police in Kandhamal district and were later brought to Bhubaneswar. Later all of them were arrested.
