Angul: The body of a man was found from a farmland at Kushakila village under Jarapara police limits in Angul on Wednesday.
The deceased has been identified as Budhu Nayak (43). He belongs to Kushakila village.
According to sources, some locals spotted his body and informed his family members and police.
On being informed, the police reached the spot and seized the body for post-mortem.
Meanwhile, Nayak’s family members have lodged a complaint at Jarapara police station alleging murder as some injury marks have been found in his neck.
They informed that Nayak had gone out for some work on Tuesday evening but did not return home.
The exact cause behind his death is yet to be ascertained.
