Bhubaneswar: The property statement of all ministers, including Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, for the year 2021 was uploaded on the official website on Friday. There has been a marginal dip in assets owned by Naveen, who has been been serving as the chief minister of Odisha for the last two decades.

According to official figures, the CM owned property worth around Rs 64.97 crore as on December 31, 2021, against Rs 64.98 crore the previous year.

His moveable assets include bank accounts in New Delhi, Bhubaneswar, Hinjlicut and Bargarh, jewellery and a car amounting to Rs 12,09,25,031. Naveen owns gold ornaments worth Rs 3.45 lakh and the old Ambassador Car is worth Rs 6,434 at current value. He has deposits of Rs 72 lakh in a bank at Janpath, New Delhi and Rs 21.71 lakh in the State Bank of India at Bhubaneswar.

The Rs 52,88,64,190 immovable assets include his two-thirds share in Naveen Nivas near Bhubaneswar airport worth Rs 9,52,46,190 (approximately) and 50% share in the property at 3, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Road, New Delhi worth Rs 43,36,18,000 (approximately).  He has inherited both properties from his mother.

Bank Balance: 99,41,848.82

Movable Assets: 12,09,52,030

Immovable Assets: 52,88,64,190

 

Last year, his total assets stood at Rs 64,98,197.63, including movable property worth Rs 13,404,503.1 and immovable inherited properties valued at Rs 63,64,07,261.
