‘Mastermind’ In Sweet Stall Owner Murder Taken On Remand

Bhubaneswar: Lingaraj Police here on Tuesday took Rajkishore Behera, the alleged mastermind of October 4 brutal murder of a sweet stall owner at Samantarapur, on a two-day remand.

The police had appealed to the court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (SDJM) for his custody for further interrogation.

On Monday, Police Commissioner Sudhanshu Sarangi had informed the media that Rajkishore had plotted the murder of sweet stall owner Prabhakar Sahu by hiring contract killer Shritik Biswal.
