Dhenkanal/Jagatsinghpur: There seems to be no end to the woes of matric examinees in Odisha as the social science question paper of the Higher School Certificate (HSC) examination allegedly went viral on social media again on its concluding day on Thursday.
The incidents were reported from Kamakhyanagar in Dhenkanal and Jagatsinghpur districts when pictures allegedly featuring question paper of social science subject was circulated on WhatsApp, an hour after commencement of the examination.
The board authorities said that it is unclear that from which examination centre the question paper went viral. They assured that an inquiry will be initiated into the incident.
On the other hand, the students alleged that some people have intentionally made the question paper viral to create panic among the examinees. They demanded a thorough probe into such incidents and check the same.
Similar incidents of question paper leak had also taken place at Anandpur in Keonjhar and Kamakhyanagar in Dhenkanal districts.
As many as 6, 08, 031 students have appeared for the examination at 2, 818 centres across the state.
The annual examination began on February 23.
