Bhubaneswar: The chain snatching incidents in Bhubaneswar are on the rise with one more incident that took place on Wednesday late evening.
According to sources, a couple was on the way on a bike after their shopping from Unit-2 area when two miscreants came from behind on a bike and snatched the gold chain from the woman.
Though the couple later chased the miscreants, they escaped.
Following a complaint, the Kharavela Nagar Police have begun an investigation into the incident.
