The Bhubaneswar Meteorological Centre has forecast thunderstorm with lightning and light to moderate rainfall at one or two places in Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Balasore, Mayurbhanj, Sambalpur, Keonjhar, Cuttack, Nuapada, Balangir, Bargarh, Gajapati and Ganjam between 5.15 am and 8.15 am on Wendesday.
