Mortal Remains Of Slain Odisha Jawans To Reach Bhubaneswar Today
Bhubaneswar: A special Air Force flight, carrying the mortal remains of the two martyred Jawans from Odisha, is scheduled to arrive in Biju Patnaik International Airport here at 3.30 pm on Thursday.
The plane will take off from Chandigarh shortly.
The two martyrs are Sepoy Chandrakanta Pradhan (28) from Biarpanga village under Raikia block of Kandhamal district and Naib Subedar Nuduram Soren from Champauda village under Rairangpur sub-division of Mayurbhanj. They were among 20 Indian soldiers killed in the violent clash with Chinese troops in Galwan Valley of Ladakh on Monday night.
