Bhubaneswar: Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (SOA) Deemed to be University in Odisha capital was honoured with ‘Most Trusted University for Quality Education in India’ award at a function held in New Delhi on Sunday.
Pritam Nayak, SOA’s Officer-on-Special-Duty, received the award from Bollywood actor and former MP Jayaprada at the Golden Star Icon Award presentation ceremony.
SOA was recently awarded the highest A++ grade by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) in its third cycle. SOA secured a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.88 out of 4.00.
The Deemed to be University was placed 20th in the country in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) ranking in 2021 and also figured in the prestigious QS World University 2023 besides Times Higher Education (THE)
rankings.
