Keonjhar: A moving car went up in flames near Daka Bangla square at Barbil in Odisha’s Keonjhar district late on Tuesday.
According to sources, the incident took place while Surendra Kumar Das was heading towards Barbil bazaar. He saw smoke coming out of the car bonnet and found the engine wires burning.
On being informed, the local firefighters rushed the spot and doused the flames.
A short circuit is being suspected to have caused the fire.
