Bhubaneswar: ‘Toh Bina’, a single music video crafted by Odisha-based Vighnanz The Band, has recorded over 2 lakh views within 36 hours, said a press release on Wednesday.
Vighnanz The Band, which has been performing in the state for last 7 years, recently launched Toh Bina on Amara Muzik platforms in association with Basudev Films and Prelude Productions.
The romantic Odia track is based on love at first sight depicting typically terrace love.
‘Toh Bina’ brings together for the first time Odia industry’s fresh pair Raj Rajesh and Sradha Panigrahi along with Subhasis Panda. Well-known video director Basudev Dalai has directed the video, while Anurag Das has done the cinematography.
Dalai said, “Toh Bina is a simple day-to-day love story, pulled on terrace, lanes of Cuttack. We have tried to show regular love building between a young couple, a kind of teen love story. Its impulse, annoyance, ignorance, cuteness, shyness, innocence blended has resulted in Toh Bina.”
Noted lyricist S K Jabid Ali has given the lyrics in this romantic track. The track is composed by “Vighnanz- The Band” and “Nabs & Saroj” and sung by the lead performer Durga.
Durga said, “Coming up with new ideas and giving something very Hatke to my viewers was my goal. So, I have given my heart out to bring out something very different and we are hoping that people will love it.”
