Niali: The killing of sheep continues unabated in Niali block of Cuttack with one more case being reported from Chebarahuda village on Sunday morning.
The sheep carcasses were found in the cattle shed of a villager.
The villagers demanded appropriate measures to trace and catch the unidentified the animal or animals responsible for the mass killing of sheep in the area.
On December 15, four sheep were found dead at Nuaba Bazaar village under Anla panchayat in the block.
Meanwhile, the total number of sheep dead in the block has reached 47 in last one month.
