Mumbai: The pre-weeding celebrations have began at Deepika Padukone’s place.
She and Ranveer Singh will be tying the knot on November 15.
The festivity started with Deepika’s mother Ujjala Padukone organizing a Nandi Puja for Deepika and Raveer.
Pictures of Deepika participating in the puja dressed in her bright orange kurta and huge baalis, designed by Sabyasachi Mukherjee, at her home in Bengaluru are already breaking the internet.
Sabyasachi, who is Deepika’s official wedding couturier, shared pictures of her on Instagram and wrote: “Dear, Deepika, a new and exciting journey has just begun for you and all of us at Sabyasachi wish you the very best. Always,” wrote Sabyasachi.
“To new beginnings,” wrote Deepika’s MUA Sandhya Shekar and personal stylist Shaleena Nathani in their respective social media posts.
Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan also congratulated her during the trailer launch of his upcoming movie ‘Zero’. He mentioned that he called Deepika and conveyed his best wishes for a ‘happy’ married life ahead. They have starred together ‘Om Shanti Om’, which was also Deepika’s debut movie, ‘Chennai Express’ and ‘Happy New Year’.
“Both Anushka Sharma and Deepika started their career with me so, it becomes more special to me,” he said.
