Cuttack: Three persons had a narrow escape as their car caught fire while they were travelling near Sardal in Choudwar of the district on Saturday.
According to reports, the incident took place when Nasima Khatun from Soro in Balasore district was going to SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack along with her son in the car driven by their driver.
Nasima said they hit a stray bull on National Highway 16 on their way and soon smoke started coming out of the engine. She told the driver to stop the car. When she saw flame emerging from the engine, Nasima, her son and the driver came out of the car.
