Bhubaneswar: With the byelection to Bijepur Assembly inching closer, the BJD president and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik is likely to visit the constituency to campaign for party candidate Rita Sahu.
According to sources, the Chief Minster will campaign on October 17 and 18 and make a night halt at Bijepur.
During his visit, he is likely to conduct road shows and address street-side meetings in Bijepur, Gaisilat and Barpalli blocks, the sources added.
Byelection to the assembly segment is scheduled for October 21.
