Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s Mother Files FIR Against Actor’s Wife; Know Why

Mumbai: Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s mother Mehrunisa Siddiqui has filed an FIR against the actor’s wife Zainab alias Aaliya.

Based on Mehrunisa’s complaint, Versova Police have registered a case under sections 452, 323, 504, 506 of IPC.

Aaliya has been called for questioning in the case.

Aaliya allegedly had an argument with Nawazuddin’s mother over a property dispute between in the family.

Aaliya married Nawazuddin in 2010, and the couple has two children.

Aaliya, who is Nawazuddin’s second wife, had made serious allegations against the actor and even filed for divorce in May 2020.

In July 2020, Aaliya lodged a complaint at a Mumbai police station in Mumbai before recording her statement against Nawazuddin and his family members in Muzaffarnagar two months later, accusing them of domestic violence.

Thereafter, Aaliya had a change of mind and heart, and decided to give their marriage another chance.

After testing positive for COVID in 2021, Aaliya talked about how caring Nawazuddin was towards her and their children.
