Mumbai: With the rave party drugs-on-cruise case having been transferred to Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) officials from New Delhi, Aryan Khan has been summoned again to appear before the new Special Investigation Team (SIT) team.
According to ANI, Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan was asked to be present before the SIT officials on Sunday, but because of a slight fever he could not be present on Sunday.
Aryan’s friend Arbaaz Merchant, who along with Aryan and six others was arrested by NCB on October 2 following a raid on a rave party aboard a cruise ship off Mumbai, did turn up at the NCB office today. So did Achit Kumar, who was arrested for supplying drugs to Aryan according to the later’s statement.
Aryan and Arbaaz were granted bail by the Bombay High Court on October 30 after being in custody for almost a month.
Two days ago, the NCB transferred six cases, including the one involving Aryan, from NCB Mumbai to a SIT comprising Delhi officials.
