Bhubaneswar: Students of SAI International School have once again lived up to the high standards set by the institution in competitive exams. The top three from Odisha in the NEET 2021 result are all SAIoneers.
State topper Nekta N Swasti Sravan Mishra secured AIR 75th rank, followed by schoolmates Geeti Gayatri Panda (AIR 100) and Sooraj Nanda (AIR 124).
Nekta is a brilliant, highly focussed, well-disciplined and humble student who believes in hard work and perseverance.
While preparing for NEET, he dedicated six to seven hours in a day for self-study and his main focus was NCERT books, solving mock papers of Aakash Institute.
He credited his parents, both of whom are Ph.D. holders, teachers at SAI International School and mentors at Aakash Institute.
Geeti, second-ranked from the state, realized a dream that she envisioned since her 10th grade. Daughter of an LIC-employed father and homemaker mother, Geeti put in long hours in her preparation and solved mock papers.
Third-ranked Suraj devoted 6-7 hours daily to studies, and kept referring to NCERT books besides solving mock papers. He acknowledged the support of the school and his teachers who helped him realize his dream. Son of a KIIT University professor, Suraj loves playing chess in his free time.
“It is a truly remarkable moment for SAI International School for having SAIoneers to top in JEE Main, JEE Advanced and also NEET 2021. I am super elated with the performance of all the students in NEET 2021, especially for our all the three brilliant students, the state toppers who had been working very hard for the last few months.
