Bhubaneswar: Odisha recorded below 200 COVID cases on Thursday with 187 infections registered in the last 24 hours against 275 cases on Wednesday. The active tally in the state continued to remain below the 2,000 mark at 1,800.
According to the I & PR department, 109 new cases are from quarantine and 78 local contacts. Among them, 28 are in the age group of 0-18 years.

With these cases being detected from 14,036 samples, the test positivity rate (TPR) stood at 1.33 per cent.
