Bengaluru: Mover over Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart. Here comes an e-commerce company that claims to take quick commerce to the next level.
Topmate.io, a Bengaluru-based startup, has introduced the concept of human delivery — that too, in 10 minutes!
Nimisha Chanda, the Marketing lead of Topmate, explained that the model is similar to how other quick e-commerce companies work. But there is a major difference. Instead of groceries, daily essentials and other commodities, Topmate will deliver human beings.
“It’s OVER for Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart. Because we’re not just delivering groceries in 10 minutes – we’re delivering humans,” Nimisha in a post on X.
The platform enables customers to directly call industry experts between 6 pm and 10 pm daily to get all their questions answered – covering issues like career advice, problem-solving, mentorship, etc.
“Humans at Topmate can: answer every question you throw at them, help you land your dream job, and be your ultimate growth partners,” Nimisha wrote.
She elaborated by stating that customers no longer need to rely on guesswork or endless Google searches, as they now have instant access to experts who know the field that the customer has asked for.
“No more guesswork. No more endless Google searches. Just instant access to experts who’ve been there, done that. With ‘Guidance in 10 Minutes’ by Topmate,” she added.
The fees or duration of expert consultations was not divulged.

“Interesting. However, when it comes to opinions, people first look for free ones — unlike products,” responded another person.
