Kalahandi: A newly-wed woman was found hanging at Karlasoda village in Kalahandi district’s Sadar police station area on Saturday.
The parents of the deceased woman complained to police that her in-laws tortured her for dowry. The in-laws, however, refuted the allegation.
Police said they have sent the body for postmortem and investigation was on to ascertain the real cause behind the woman’s death.
