Rourkela: A pall of gloom descended on the National Institute of Technology (NIT) campus here on Saturday as a student died while playing football in the campus.
The deceased was identified as Vasim Usman, a resident of Malappuram in Kerala. He was a second year student of M. Tech.
The reason for the death is still not known.
